You will need:
Cauliflower "like an Egyptian". Of course I don't really know if this is authentic, but it was served to me by an egyptian who said it was traditional.
Used boiled cauliflower, cut it in pieces and fry them after you have dipped them in a couple of mixed eggs. Kind of an omelette style. Use white pepper and salt (or Aromat).
Serve with fried potatoes.
