I had originally planned to dedicate this page to my friends, drinking-buddies, cronies and fellow-conspirators-in-the-game-of-life, but after looking at the actual people in question I decided not to.
So this is instead to say that I hate every one of you, I know where you bastards live and Iīm going to hunt you down. May you all live in interesting times.
