I'm addicted to watching Friends, Seinfeld, Beavis & Butthead, South Park and The Simpsons. |
My motorcycling frenzie started early with a Honda Z50 Monkey Bike, now a cult bike.
At age 16 I rode a Yamaha RD125LC -83 like there was no tomorrow. After that I had a
Yamaha XJ600 -84, a really good allround sport 600. I later bought
a Yamaha FZ750 -87, the first FZ full dresser with a 4-1 exhaust. The killer 750 that
started the Genesis concept. Then I decided to be without a motorcycle for the first
time in a long time. That was stupid and lasted only one summer (a very sunny one of
course :-) before I just had to buy a Yamaha (again!) XT600 -84. A single
cylinder four-valve, four-stroke offroad bike. I bought it in november but I had
spiked tires so I went out riding a lot in the winter. After the XT came
a Kawasaki (a trend was broken!) ZX-6R -95, the ultimate 600 cc racer. In -99 I traded
it for a Yamaha YZF-R1, the best bike ever! Sadly my beloved R1 got stolen this summer
and I didn't get any compensation from the insurance company until the season was
over so I bought a motocross bike instead, a Honda CR250 -97. It's supercool to ride
a beast with 58 hp at only 98 kg!
