| Nobody who was around in the early 80's can possibly have missed out on the success of Raiders of the Lost Ark and what followed. Imitations were made everywhere, both for cinema and TV (I am sure some of you remember Brødrene Dahl). And of course the Italian imitations are the craziest. An early one is Margheriti's Hunters of the Golden Cobra (1982) with the perfect team of David Warbeck and John Steiner. Top Line with Franco Nero involves extraterrestrial robots and a UFO. The Mines of Kilimanjaro features nazis, evil red Chinese and a tribe of European women in Africa among which no male child has been born in 70 years (one wonders how they have reproduced).
