You will meet the gambler Setzer when he tries to capture Celes (!). Thanks to him you will be able to cross the to invade the Empire and later fly his airship which is a nice thing to do. He is not one of these characters that I often use in my party, mainly because I don't like his look; he looks like a dead man as you can see. His special attack is the slot. With it he can do a several special attacks at all the enemies including running Chocobos. The power of it is around 700.
