Vincent is one of the hidden characters in the game and therefor it isn't sure that you will get him along with your party. I won't tell you how to find him, cause I don't like to spoil the game for others who hasn't played it as much as I. However, there is a hint: Talk much! Yeah, you sure understand what I mean. Now some info about the character himself. Vincent is a mystical man, with a past of being a "member" of Shinra. It's not much more known about him, and he is very silent. His weapon is a gun, and he sure knows how to use it.
